The Falcon
Produced by Falcon Distributors Inc. out of Bridgewater Massachutetts
The Falcon was a dump valve semi automatic that mated the regulated dump valve and switch design of Eric Scott's Phoenix to the bolt assembly of Montneel's Z1 semi automatic.
The idea was a collaboration / partnership between Rob Fox (step son of Phoenix creator Eric Fox), Tom Fox (Rob's father) and Marcus Neely, who had just left Montneel Designs. Rob and Tom Fox ran Paintball Heaven and were the distributors for Eric Scott's Phoenix.
This product was shut down when Eric Scot learned that Rob and Tom Fox were using his patented design without his knowledge.
The Checkmate may have also come from Rob and Tom Fox working with Marcus Neely.
Only two Falcon examples have surfaced over the years, a yellow Falcon that appeared in EMR's museum but then disappeared and Eric Scott's blue Falcon, which could be the model that Tom fox was holding in some photos.
