Weird cup seal shafts?

Bought these shafts (bottom) thinking they were mag sear pins.
They aren’t for mags but they are threaded 6×32.
Rebuildable Sheridan exhaust valve using cci cupseal or lapco cup? Shown with a standard brass. Guess i’ll have to test it…
